2. Accounts & security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

• Use JEMANE only for lawful business purposes.
• Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, scrape data, or disrupt the service.

4. Payments

Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed according to your selected plan. M-Pesa and other payment integrations are subject to third-party provider terms.

5. Data & privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data; we process it to provide the service.

6. Limitation of liability

JEMANE is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
